Contacted by the Director of recruiting through linkedin. Was interested but after two scheduled phone interviews where I never heard from the recruiter, doesn't seem like somewhere I would want to work. I understand it's a fast paced company and a startup but if you initiated the conversation I expect more communication if you have to cancel.

I was contacted by a recruiter via linked in. I had an initial phone interview with the recruiter the next day. I was scheduled for another phone interview, the following week, with a Business Analyst. He asked me a lot technical questions about one of my projects that I was not prepared for. I should of used a different example because shortly after I learned I was not selected to move forward due to my lack of knowledge of APIs.
