The first interview was by phone, not video. The next interview was online. The first interview lasted about 10 minutes. Salary expectations and a brief resume were requested. The second interview was with the recruitment manager and involved more technical questions.

What are your salary expectations, what do you know about the company, why did you apply for this position, what are your strengths and weaknesses, what was a typical day like in your previous job, and what software programs did you use?
3 interviews, with HR, with Manager and with Partner. It was not difficult, asked for previous experience and for the VAT rates for different things in different countries. the next day they sent me job contract.

Ich musste 4 Wochen für die erste Vorstellungsgespräch warten, dann noch 4 Wochen für die zweite Vorstellungsgespräch.
Dieselbe Fragen wurden mehrmals gefragt. Ich fragte auf die Stellebeschreibung, die die Befragerin nicht erklären könnte. Ich wurde auch mehrmals gefragt, wie man in einem Team arbeiten würde, als ob die Befragerin ernst keine Idee hätte.
Eine sehr schlimme Vorstellungsgespräch mit einer unwissenden Befragerin.
