In person interview with division manager and other office staff; review of resume and college transcript, phone call follow up, emailed and mailed offer letter, the entire process was relatively quick and painless
The interview was very laid back. The questions were general questions to get to know you as a person. The questions were for both the employer and employee to determine if the office culture would be fitting for each of us.

Interviewed with HR then with the team. Pretty straightforward. Asked about previous background and how I see myself in 5 years. What is your 5-year plan, they asked. Got an offer a few days later.
