Its conducting in 3 steps First iyou need to speak with HR which is easy Second you need to be interviewed by seniour specialist which is pretty dificult cuz i need to know all of iingormation about accounting and IFRS After you need to have a lst your interview with director which is also easy If we talk about me, I didnt prepare for that inerview and interview with HR
