The interview process had three stages - a telephone interview with one individual, followed by a presentation to two people of a marketing plan, plus competency and background questions and the third would have been a "coffee conversation" getting to know you

Applied online through recruiter and invited to telephone interview with hiring manager. Very positive experience as friendly and informative. Questions based around competency based and your CV. Invited to face-to-face interview with hiring manager and one other manager. Presentation task given 2 weeks before so plenty of time to prepare. Very informal interview and excellent interaction. Pleasant experience.
