Einladung zum Telefoninterview. Gespräch mit einem Manager und einem Assistant Manager. Nach kurzer Vorstellung beider Personen und dem Unternehmen, folgte eine Vorstellung meinerseits, die auf Englisch geführt werden musste. Danach ca. 10 technische Fragen zur Bilanzanalyse, Gewinn-und Verlust Analyse und Kennzahlen.
The interview process was pretty relaxed. Standard behavioral/ motivational questions. Just use STAR,know about the type of work they do and what specifically draws you to them over the other big 4 and you’re fine
Apply via the KPMG website. You will then have to fill in a form confirming your details. Receive a call from HR confirming the interview date and time. Once successful at the interview - write an assessment. After being shortlisted you will attend a written case study (individual work , similar to an exam) then partners interview and final offer.

It was an online interview. First was the Aptitude round, then happened 2 rounds of technical interviews for 30 min. and 1 hour respectively, followed by an HR round on the same day.
