Showed up to the office and the HR lady handed me a sheet with problems on there on structural analysis. As soon as I finished answering the questions, two principles came in, took a look at my written problems, and started asking me questions of all kinds. The questions are half technical related and half personal related. The interview went on for two and a half hours.
