There is a personality quiz that is administered and depending on the results of that, you may move forward in the interview process. Drug testing is mandatory. First interview was in person with District Manager and the Director of Operations in person. Relaxed atmosphere, but I felt walking into the interview that their minds were already made up. Second interview after the personality quiz was on the phone with the VP of operations. This felt like a formality, like the decision was already made.
