They are willing to share details of the work Cons: - Communications offline is one-way. You can rarely hear back from what you inquire. - As there was no HR involved in the whole process, there is no such thing as salary/benefit negotiation. When your expectations upset the hiring manager, you will lose candidacy even if they promised a verbal offer earlier. ========== Process Overview: 1. Screening done by hiring manager (15 min) 2. Take-home SSIS task (pretty easy technical-wise, but need to pay attention to details) 3. Technical interview + bq with team (1 hr) 4. If waitlisted, another round of technical interview, similar to 3 (1 hr) 5. Casual sync on salary expectations (15 min)
