I was first interviewed by a staffing agency and than by companies HR from Hungary (headquarters) and a local manager from Slovenia. It was a classical interview with HR of a big company, the manager was mostly quiet. They want you to be employed trough staffing agency first and not directly at the company and they told me they have a trial day before they hire you so they can sea your performance.

I had to present myself, than I got typical HR questions - what do you know about our company? why do you like the job? Why are you the best candidate? What motivates you? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? How do you handle stress? How do you handle and resolved conflicts? Describe a difficult situation with a client and how did you resolve it? The same thing for coworkers. What was the worst conflict you had with a coworker? What are your expectations regarding salary?
