Gesolliciteerd via de website van KLM. Eerste ronde via CV en daarna capaciteiten test en persoonlijkheidstest. Daarna volgde een selectieronde met een recruiter en een huidige traineer op het KLM kantoor.

In general the whole application procedure was quite positive. Their website clearly stated what one could expect regarding the according steps, when each interview stages would take place. After handing in my CV and motivation, they made me take an online assessment (IQ & EQ) which I passed as above average. Afterwards, I was invited to the interview with their HR & current Business & IT trainee. Although the interview went smoothly, I was eventually rejected because I was too entrepreneurial and could not receive as much freedom to come with my own initiatives within KLM. I think an underlying reason was also because that 33-50% of past trainees left to eventually start their own company. All in all I had a good recruitment process with them, it's a pity that I did not proceed but no hard feelings were kept.
