Twist at the End. The interview starts from an introductory HR Call, followed by a technical phone screen from hiring team which was mainly focused on Mechanical Engineering and some project related questions. Next step was little different as during onsite interview, I need to give presentation of 45 min. which is huge deal and then it will follow up with 3 one on one rounds. There were three people including manager and two other people. One guy was also yawning during the presentation which irritated me a lot. The one on one were good. Now the twist came when I end up with process and met HR before leaving, He told me there is only one other person for the position. And He also had his resume with him and I sneaked in that and that guy was passed out of 2010 and working or doing something from 7 years. And he mentioned he will join SJSU for Fall-2017. I was stunned by thinking how person with 7 years of experience or something is even qualified for the internship position. And I lose the hope as they anyway selected him I think.
