I was called for a technical interview and I got a linked list problem in a printed sheet. After solving it, they asked me to why am I looking for a change I told that I was given bugfixing for long. But they say bugfixing is innovative for their customers and I will be given bugfixing only. So I said I m not interested. I would not recommend this company if you are looking for a challenging job or talk to hr about the job.
