We at KGS-Alpha Capital Markets, L.P. are deeply concerned by the recent anonymous feedback by a job applicant that described a job interview at KGS in which the job manager was described as acting in wholly inappropriate manner, which would be in serious violation of KGS’ standards and policies. KGS believes strongly in a work culture of respect for the individual, diversity, and professionalism. We want the workplace to be a welcoming one, not one that feels uncomfortable, or worse.
Because the feedback was presented anonymously, we are sending this note through Glassdoor, in the hope that the author of the feedback will read this note and be encouraged to contact our General Counsel, Frederic Krieger, at fkrieger@kgsalpha.com.
