You come in and they give you a range of questions and a packet to review. You go home and reviews the packet to answer follow up questions that determine if you get hired at the location or not.

I walked in, told them I had the interview, and waited for about 30 minutes, when finally someone came out, interviewed me by the front door.. the actual interview was a very quick process and the person who interviewed me was nice
