friendly and relaxed, they wanted to get a sense of your communicating skills, and customer service. so if you can speak clearly and be polite, (this is harder with a mask though) .
Dress code: dark jeans or chinos with black shoes. bring right to work.

I walked in, told them I had the interview, and waited for about 30 minutes, when finally someone came out, interviewed me by the front door.. the actual interview was a very quick process and the person who interviewed me was nice
