I was called about 3 days after I submitted my application online. We met for an interview the day after. I expected somewhat difficult questions but was only validated on the info I entered online and asked when I could start.
Online face to face interview. They send you a day and time for it on Microsoft teams and then you need to join the meeting at that time. No cognitive assessments.

Easy and quick, response was very fast. Got a call back within a couple of days. Easy questions too without hospitality experience. Received information on what to do everyday, serving customers and helping staff.
Discussion with Store Leader about my abilities and a lot of personaility related questions. Whether the working type would suit me and work around my other commitments. How I would create a good customer experience.
