Firstly met with someone just to review my eligibility to work in the UK, then at the second interview I met the manager who asked me basic questions about my customer experience. It was a quick process, only took 2 days , got the offer on the same day as the final interview.

Which is your biggest achievement?
Tell us about a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Online face to face interview. They send you a day and time for it on Microsoft teams and then you need to join the meeting at that time. No cognitive assessments.
Discussion with Store Leader about my abilities and a lot of personaility related questions. Whether the working type would suit me and work around my other commitments. How I would create a good customer experience.

Easy and quick, response was very fast. Got a call back within a couple of days. Easy questions too without hospitality experience. Received information on what to do everyday, serving customers and helping staff.
