Firstly, I interviewed with HR. I got asked about HR related stuff eg. expected salary, ability to commute to office etc.
Next, I interviewed by 2 Team Lead/ Senior Engineer from AI department. I was generally ask about my basic understanding on Machine Learning, the way i solve problem (probably to check on my behaviour in professional work envirnoment) etc.

The company's management is terrible. I interviewed for an AI engineer position. The first interview involved two AI team leaders, but the company arranged separate interviews. We talked about almost the same thing twice, which took more than two hours. The second interview was with the CEO. It took about a month from the first call from HR to the interview with the CEO, and then I had to wait for the company's response again. I received the offer in about two weeks, but the contract was very unreasonable. First, the sick leave and vacation time were not legal. Then the contract stated that the company could terminate the contract without reason, but if the employee voluntarily resigned, they would have to compensate the full salary until the end of the contract period, which was very unreasonable. Then I took the initiative to contact HR to discuss contract changes, and the company responded very slowly. It took more than half a month, and then they replied that the company had personnel changes and no longer needed this position. So this company's personnel arrangements and integrity need to be reconsidered.
