Very nice interview. You will be asked essential questions about serving and serving experience. You should know you wine and spirits if know start to learn. And if u haven’t eaten there I would study the menu.

Simple, very causal. Wine knowledge was important. Took over a month to offer me a job. Steps of service. Want open availability. The outside of the location didn’t look very well maintained.
