The questions were well thought out from the company. The questions made you think, the people were nice and patient, the interview room was very open and comfortable. The company folks interviewing me made me feel comfortable.

Very smooth all the way until they ghost you. I literally had an offer in hand and was getting it approved. They ghosted me for 2-3 weeks, they complained about me wanting to have some flex time due to the commute, and they completely blindsided me towards the end with ZERO communication. I ended up withdrawing because this is not only an indicator at their professionalism, but my self-respect is worth more - would rather spend my time elsewhere.
