Interview had 3 rounds, first a phone call with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite with the team. Everything seemed to go well, and they said they'd be in touch within 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark, I received another email saying they were still deciding and they'd be in touch by the end of that week. End of the week rolls around - nothing. I emailed the hiring manager to follow up at the beginning of the next week. No reply. They never updated me on the decision, did not even allow me the dignity of a rejection. Just ghosted. I can't imagine how the organization must treat employees if this is how they treat job applicants who participated in final-stage interviews.

The interview was a full day, with panel interviews with multiple individuals from the group and some group interviews. The interview also included a one hour presentation for the larger group that was prepared in advance.
