First, I was called in by the IT Project Manager for a 1:1 interview. He asked technical questions and asked about my confidence level on certain subjects, such as, working with specific and different types of hardware and software. Then directed me to HR to fill in the application for background check. After 2 weeks they called me back in and gave me an offer in which I accepted. I started work immediately.
