The process starts with a quick phone interview with one of the hiring managers. They were super nice and it was pretty quick. We didn't really get into much detail about my experience, we just briefly went over my experience in the field. Then, a few days later, I was scheduled for a zoom interview with the Regional Director. The zoom interview was pretty casual. We started off discussing my experience, how I got into ABA, what different types of programming I have experience running, then the RD asked specific questions about how I would respond in certain scenarios. By the next business day, I received a call from the hiring manager to inform me that they were interested in hiring me.

The interview was conducted by an easy to talk to upper-level supervisor, 45 minute conversation over zoom. Asked basic questions about experience and applied field questions. Future plans for BCBA certification/ grad school. Nothing unexpected.
