I applied online and heard back within a week. I was invited to a phone interview. When it came time for the phone interview, the person called me 10 minutes late. During the phone interview it became apparent that the person had not looked at my resume prior to the call, especially when they said they were trying to copy and paste my skills section. There was no structure to the interview, and not in a good way where conversation just flowed. There were awkward pauses throughout since the person was trying to multitask and type my responses. I also would hear their baby in the background, so I assume they were working from home which was fine but the whole interview just felt like a mess. There is much irony in companies hiring recruiters to shape the candidate experience, yet these recruiters are oftentimes aloof and disengaging. Recruiters also note that organization is big in recruitment yet this particular interviewer was highly lacking that. Overall I felt very uncomfortable and this was definitely one of my worst interview experiences, but go figure because the other reviews on here already say enough. It's only been a week and I haven't heard back from them, but I am no longer interested anyway and would not recommend.

It started off with a phone screen, a second phone screen with someone on the team that wasn't in the office and then an on-site interview. It was very interesting. No interviewer asked the same questions. Everything was about conflict resolution, relationship building and dealing with requests and your ambitions after completing the role after one year. My only gripe was that I was pretty uncomfortable not being able to interview in a conference room and had to sit next to the team the entire time in a pod.
