Submitted application (answer a few motivational questions) and was asked to interview online after 3 months with the head of the department and HR. HR informed me that the interview would be 30 minutes long but it ended up taking one hour. HR also informed me that I would be asked motivational questions by them and technical by the department head. HR did not show up and I was only asked technical questions. I believe I was unsuccessful as I have gotten no follow-up email at all since and it's been over a month.
