Entrevista
First was an initial phone screening with HR. Then a phone interview with VP of Operations. Then they would bring you in for an interview with 6 people - from all different departments, which lasted about 2 hours. Then another interview with 5-6 more people. Finally you had an interview with the owner of the company.
