Phone interview then one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager and members of the team. Hiring manager was open but potential direct reports were more stringent with the experience they are looking for. Resume clearly shows similar experience and not direct experience - not sure why they let interviewee go through hours of interview when they know beforehand that experience is not fit.
