It was like a very informal chat. Wanted to get to know you and your working style. No psychometric testing. Met with HR team and Head of Operations. It was two interviews, relatively fast process.

I only got to the second interview. The first was with the director of the team via zoom. She was great. The second was with the office administrator and a manager. Neither of them could describe what I would be doing in the role. It was very hard to understand why they were interviewing me. I thought it went well but I was clearly frustrated by their lack of knowledge about the role. They also made me take a Word, PowerPoint, and grammar test. I didn’t receive a rejection for at least 3 weeks and it was automated.
