i sat in a room with the interviewer and he asked me about my experience in editing and my plans for pursuing a career in the field. Then we talked about books and interests. He let me know the responsibilities of the job and gave me the company expectations for quality of work and turn around time. I was also given a short proofreading test.the segue thing lasted 30-40 minutes.
