Phone call, in person, offer. Overall pretty standard, they usually hire multiple positions for this position and they were nice the whole time. There were just two people there and everyone I knew said it was always the executive director and blonde girl. Never seemed to be anyone else.

I submitted my application and got a call the same day to schedule an interview. We scheduled for a few days out but I did not receive a meeting invite until 45 minutes beforehand. They didn’t give much of an introduction before jumping into questions and didn’t like when I asked questions or clarified. An interview should be a two way street. I found it to be a red flag that they were hiring urgently for 2 open positions and one of the interviewers was currently filling both roles. They told me I would be contacted by the end of the week, but I was ghosted instead. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time in several instances.
