First interview felt very structured, impersonal and a little clinical. Very J&J culture focused so read up on what they are like! Straight into competency questions- wasn’t a typical first “scoping” interview. Come prepared with for your first interview with STAR examples, clearly defining your deliverables. It put me off as I didn’t think I would be the right cultural fit for the organisation and so I declined the second interview.
