There was an on campus case study for seniors, so I asked if I could sit in on it and participate. I networked with the J&J employees who came to present the case ahead of time using an alumni app. I was then connected with two people, I had two over-the-phone interviews. I heard back within 2 weeks. The process was quick. The interviews were mainly behavioral, they asked about leadership and my past internship experiences. How do I work on a team, tested what I knew about marketing strategy, etc.
