Interviewed on campus with a recruiter for the International Internship Recruitment Program (focused on Panama and Central America due to ability to work in a particular country) in a 1:1 session. Interview took place on campus, for about 1 hr. with about 45 mins of behavioral questions and 15 mins for my questions re: J&J. After about a week I received an email notifying me that I would be contacted to schedule round two interview (with a regional hiring manager, in my case from Venezuela). I will be interviewing in my secondary language (spanish), as language proficiency is a requirement based on the region you apply to.
