Initial interview went well when talking to real humans, but the problem is the recorded interview. It is awkwaard and uncomfortable and not helpful. And then they don't respond to you for six months well after the Co-op would have started to tell you that you didn't get the opportunity.

Q: What do you look for in a company when deciding between offers for jobs?
First round of the interview process is a digital recording interview where you record your answer to several interview questions. You have 30 seconds to think about the posted question and then you record your answer (varies from 90 sec - 180 sec) and submit the recording. You may have a chance to re-record your answer.
