I interviewed on campus for the finance internship. I applied through my school's career website and was invited to interview shortly after the application deadline. I was given two 15 minute interviews, both with alumni. Before entering the interview, I spoke with current co-op employees and young alumni. I found out after that those individuals were included in the deliberation, so make a good impression right away! Most of the interview questions were situational (name a time when...), and the only technical questions that I got were conceptual such as "describe the four accounting statements". Some of the questions were repeated in both interviews, especially those regarding leadership and business experience. Overall, they were very conversational.

Everything was through campus recruiting. I attended an info session before going through the actual interview process, which was just one behavioral interview. I completed a personality assessment as well. I did not receive an offer. ~1 month process in total.

Entrevista
The interview process at Johnson & Johnson was a really positive experience. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interrogation. They asked a few technical questions just to gauge my knowledge and problem-solving skills, but the focus was more on getting to know me, my experiences, and how I think through situations. The interviewers were very welcoming, which made it easy to be myself and have an open, genuine discussion.

One thing they asked me about was Johnson & Johnson’s Credo. They wanted to see if I understood it and how I connected with its values. It wasn’t just about memorizing it, they were more interested in how I interpreted it and how it would guide my decision-making if I were part of the company.
Interview process was smooth and pretty quick and effecient. All interviews seemed to be effective, and were more personality based rather than being super technical compared to other financeninternship positions.
