Entrevista
After passing the skills test i was called in for a rotational interview between 4 or 5 people. Lasted about 4 or 5 hours. The entire hiring process is extremely slow.

My experience with Johnson and Johnson as a candidate has been fairly dehumanizing. It is clear that they have no regard for the person or their CV. First ,there's a one way interview where you record yourself on video answering simple questions (which is insanely weird..). Then they invite you to take a mechanical aptitude test. Finally in the third step of the hiring process you meet a real person! In this interview you get asked a set of HR questions followed by technical questions. After that you interview with the hiring manager, which is more like a meet and greet. Then 4-6 weeks later, you get contacted by some sort of HR person that you'll never meet again for your offer discussion. Then you again speak to an onboarding team to accept/reject the offer. Everyone I've spoken to at the company claims they are hurting for people to work there but the hiring process does not reflect that urgency and it's pathetic.

You are given 3 prompts to which you record video responses. No interaction with another person. Very cold and impersonal. Without dialog it is impossible to really know what a brief prompt is asking.
