Entrevista
I had a phone interview with an office manager. She was very warm and welcoming. She asked me about my experience and my goals. She spoke for about 75% of the conversation in order to make it clear about what the role would entail.
She then signed me up for an in person interview. There were supposed to be five attorneys there but only two could show up. They mostly spoke during the interview process about their dockets and with the job would entail. They only briefly asked me a few questions. An hour and a half later I was offered a job. I excepted. We made changes to our schedules at home, hired childcare, and I left my part-time job. five days later, which was the day before I was supposed to begin, I was emailed (not called like an HR professional would do) because my job offer was rescinded. Keep in mind this was after I was already offered the job and sent the paperwork. And had already hired childcare and left my part-time job.
This has to be the strangest process I’ve ever seen. I have never heard of a job being rescinded via email.

Two interviews. One over Teams and one in-person. Very friendly, responsive, professional and engaging. The interview process was smooth, professional, and handled well. Better than other interviews I’ve had. Makes you more interested in the firm.
