A phone call for an hour to discuss the role mostly. There was a lot of promising talk instead of questions. I was told I’d be called to the next round of interview after summer and then they ghosted me.

Process was very choppy and inconsistent. I had to follow up with the recruiter constantly to get feedback as to next steps. In the end I was advised that I would be passed onto the next interview, however, I received a decline.
