      Entrevista

So I just recently had an In-Person interview with Johnson Controls for the Operations Data Analyst position. They got in contact with me via email to set up an In-Person interview which I was excited about but was weird to me that they didn't do a Phone Interview first. So I went and when I got there the office was nice and I had already knew about the company before so was very familiar of what they did and were about. The person who I was originally going to interview was sick at the last minute so I had to wait another hour to interview with somebody else. He brung me into his office and had me explain my work experience. He started talking about the position and than all of a sudden recommended me a dispatch position instead of what I was really interviewing for. He than had somebody who he just recently hired to talk to me about the culture and what the position was about and how we would work together. Afterwards the manager interviewing me told me if I wanted the position I would need to make a decision now. I told him I was interviewing with other companies later that week and would need to really think about the offer for at least a week. He told me that others were interviewing for the position and that it would not last long while at the same time the offer he made would only last until tomorrow. He wasn't really willing to be competitive but of course he would need to because other places I was interviewing for was offering 5k more. After showing me around the office I left and was pretty disappointed how unprofessional everything was handled especially when I took off work early excited to start my career in data in a field I have been interested about since I was kid. Once I got home I read the job description again and it hit me that all of the daily tasks required for that position were really separate positions he was talking about that he was hiring for. So what I'm saying is that if you apply for a position and come in for an interview than you are not really interviewing for what you applied for. They are really trying to get people in (that they know are desperately looking for better opportunities) to take other positions that they really want you to take right on the spot. If a company doesn't give you time to consider the offer or even negotiate pay and wants you to take the position right on the spot than its definitely not a good opportunity to take but a SCAM. I have alot of job experience and glad I had common sense to dictate this was not a good thing to be apart of. I feel more bad about the people there that fell for it. The manager who I was suppose to interview with called me the next day but I didn't bother answering because if they are willing con you into taking a position you didn't originally apply for the same day than it isn't worth being associated with them. VERY DISSAPOINTED AND PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU.

      Pregunta 1

He didn't really ask me interview questions and was more focused on convincing me to take the job today.
