I was contacted by a recruiter and proceeded to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview went well and was more of a two way conversation than an interview. When the phone interview was over the recruiter said that he would recommend me for the next phase of the interviewing process. The next step of the interview was more industry based questions and lasted about an hour.

Interviewer was very kind and polite. I was interviewed for a position in Montreal, Quebec. I have basic knowledge of french but the role requires a native french speaker. I asked for same position in Ontario if they are hiring but nothing is available at the moment. He encouraged me nothing was wrong in the interview except for french and advised me to continuously apply if I see any other openings. He politely declined to give me an offer in interview itself, which I was already expecting.

You must complete your first, second, and third phone interviews before in you get an in person interview. they did a good job describing job duties and what is expected of you. Overall very nice people.
The interview was simple: prove your competence and compatibility with the team. Straightforward and effective, it focused on ensuring you could handle the job and blend harmoniously with your colleagues.
