Applied online at the Johns Hopkins Website and received an e-mail inviting me for an in-person interview. Interviewed with the lab manager, then with the PI.

Describe your research and how would you fit into this Lab. Do you have experience with FACS?
straightforward and swift. everyone I met was respectful and nice. Great community of hard working driven people. The neighborhood is not that great. Recommend applying and seeing the area first before committing

Entrevista
Super long interview period of over 3 months long. The application asked for a resume and 3 references. The first interview was with two researchers and the lab manager. Second with the PI, and third with a Ph.D. student. After which, the PI asked for three letters of recommendation while being very specific about what kind of recommenders he wanted. No response for two weeks after sending the letters and when asked for a follow-up they said to wait another 10 days for a response.
