Starts with a short 15 minute call, and then another call, you get a small hackerrank test, if you pass that you get a challenge, after that you get another call and fill out a resume (weird). what bothers me is this extensive process tanking your time to complete the challenge(stated as 3 days to complete the coding challenge). if you don't get selected they don't have the decency to tell you it didn't work out. you just spent a lot of your time for no reason.
