I had applied for the job through my university and I gave a preliminarily test of roughly 1.5-2 hours. It was mainly MCQs on aptitude, Java (or C#) and two very simple coding questions). The examination was conducted on a third party platform (the mock test provided by the platform a day earlier was much harder, probably meant for experienced applicants)
I was selected for the interview in only a few days. The interview lasted about one hour with two interviewers over MS Teams. It was mainly about theoretical concepts on Java basics, OOP, multi-threading, collections and design patterns; No algorithm or data structure questions were asked. It was conversational and the interviewers were reasonably supportive. I didn't know a lot of stuff back then and in my opinion didn't answer the questions well enough. But I was still able to get a job offer (my very first!). I didn't join the company on getting a better opportunity but would rate the overall selection and interviewing experience as 8/10.
