The interview process was pretty informal in my opinion. I sat at an unoccupied table in the restaurant and the manager came out to sit with me. The questions were very basic and straightforward things like availability, and if I've worked in a restaurant before. They also asked what I enjoy doing for fun. I saw that as a point where they'd judge me if I was a candidate that would represent well and get along with everyone.
