Initially contacted by thr HR over a call to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Second round with seniors. Absolutely no follow up despite positive conversations during the interview. Unprofessional for an organization of their stature to ghost candidates. Takes a minute to shoot out a rejection mail. I have interviewed with some of the best consulting firms that are way busier than these folks and they have the decency to not only inform you about the status of your application after an interview, but also provide detailed feedback. Good riddance.

ok..difficult to understand what is their need...nothing to provide understanding of the same...lot to improve in process flow and understanding...set up needed....understand the concept and then move is critical for such org
