There were two interviews - one with the Sales Manager and another with the SVP. Both interviews went great and I was given positive feedback during the interview and asked about my start date. I was very well qualified and I never heard back since, even after following up twice with a thank you email, specifically asking if there was any additional feedback or questions. No rejection or offer letter. Seems pretty disorganized and unprofessional to not follow up with someone.
