The process for me was fairly quick. I applied for the position on 10/01/16 received the Questionnaire on 10/20/16, Received my VI on 10/21/16 and completed that day. Make sure to study about the airline and practice STAR related questions as they are what will be asked. The VI was fairly quick, about 4 questions if I remember correctly. Make sure to smile and show that you know about the airline when they ask why JB. on 11/5/16 I received my BR invite and was given options of when to go I chose the first one which was held in Long Beach, CA. I attended my BR on 11/17/16, it was honestly the best experience ever. The staff and candidates make you feel so enthusiastic and energized. Make sure to get there on time, have a pen and your documents ready to go, mingle and chat with people and don't just stick to one group or person, they want to see you work the room and interact. Once you're let into the room make sure to pay attention, participate especially when they ask about the airline (again please do your research its to your own benefit) and be attentive. When the group activity comes pay attention and really work with your team so they can see you're a team player and work well with others. When breaks come please please remember NO PHONES. If its important go to a bathroom stall and use it but remember they're always watching so use this time to get water/coffee and snacks and mingle. When you're back in the room and its time for the FA position info make sure to pay attention and save your questions for the end. After all of this it will be time to do fingerprints, reach test, PA test and interviews. Relax and make sure to smile. Ask questions at the end and when answering questions remember to smile and include the companies core values into your answers. The BR was shorter than expected but overall a positive and fun experience. We were told it would take about 2 weeks to hear back but in an unexpected twist I heard back and received my CJO on 11/21/16. Best of luck to you all!!
The interview process was virtual with several questions and assessments. Overall good experience and about 20 minutes. Just take your time in answering the questions as best as you can and be yourself.
All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th.
I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are.
No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now.
After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
