It was straight forward and easy. You will have to do an assessment online and another one as a group in person. From there they will either offer you an interview or not

not much ,quite boring , stupid games quite far away. everyone is wearing red .Place was nice .
Examples of specific questions:
“How would you handle a customer who is upset about a delayed flight?”
“Can you give an example of when you went above and beyond to help someone?”
“What does great customer service mean to you, and how would you deliver it?”

Video interview which you could complete at you own time and submit and another face to face virtual interview with staff hiring manager. The overall process was fairly easy. But didn't get an offer.
