Generally the process was quite intense and the team were very nice. You can tell there’s a human element and if you’re progressing well you will hear back quickly after each stage. They are accommodating with dates for interviews as well if one doesn’t work. My biggest gripe is that having made it to the final stage, they advised everyone would get feedback regardless of result. Yet they went back on there word and then advised on the result, no feedback would be given. Having made it to the final stage, I and others would’ve have highly appreciated feedback to improve for next time, even if it was basic as many had invested time and money to be left without feedback. I left with a sour taste for what had been a lovely process up until this point.

Very enjoyable and friendly process, starts with hirevue interview, followed by HR interview on teams, a sim assessment, and an in person group exercise and competency interview. Sim assessment will give options of A320 or 737 depending on date.
